Some pimpage.

So, there’s this wicked rad project being started up. The working title of the project is Pictures and Pie…which is not Pictures OF Pie like I read it the first time, and I’m really glad about that because hello? A new picture of pie every day? Booooring. Plus, I don’t know that I could name 365 different pies, much less find a way to photograph them.

Of course, maybe it would be taking a picture of the same pie every day for a year. By the end of that year, that would be one funky ass pie. It would be like a food horror show. Probably, it would get featured on thursday night smackdown as a “The frig?” entry. Unless, of course, it was a photo-a-day of Mommy Pie, in which case it would be one tasty tart, wouldn’t it, Doogs? (I know you liked that, Mommy Pie. You’re welcome.)

ANYWAY. It’s a group of women who’ve promised to take a photo a day for an entire year. (For those of you saying, “Yeah, Steph, you’ve promised a photo-a-day for ages,” bite me. I’m totally doing this one.) This group is growing by leaps and bounds, and yeah, I’m part of it. (Which…duh. You guessed that already, I’m sure.) If this sounds like something in which you’d be interested, drop a line to picturesandpie[at]gmail[dot]com. Even if you don’t want to participate, you should totally follow it and leave comments and the like because hello? I’m part of this! And you love me, right? Right.
