WordPress, are you feeling meh, too?

by Steph on July 31, 2008

So, today I went to add MommyPie’s wicked rad BlogHerNot badge to my sidebar. This made WordPress do funny things…like eat all my text widgets. This made me do funny things…like making my run at the “most F bombs dropped in a 10 second period” record.

I’ve decided this might be a sign from the WordPress gods that I should maybe go ahead and fix some things I haven’t liked about my blog. So, ignore all the mess around here, please. It’s just me and WordPress working through our “meh“.

I don’t know from wordpress. I don’t know most of the techno-blogger-babble you use. I just commented to say…I love you.

DOOGS! I suck — I probably did something wrong. When I get back I’m going to put the badges on Flickr instead of my Wordpress site, and maybe that’ll solve the problem.

I was just bein’ lazy.

Crapper.

mommypie’s last blog post..I’d like to say I got one of the CHEAP seats, but …

Lindsey – Aww! I love you, too.

The Mom – It’s weird; it should have worked like every other badge.

MommyPie – I’ll just download the badge, then upload it here and link it to you. That’ll be less drain on your Flickr anyway.

Are you the type of person who changes her hair a lot too?

I’d love that about you.

Deb – If you only knew. I’ve gone from shoulder-length dark brown to mid-length ash blonde to short black with fuschia streaks…in the past year. Right now, I’m sporting short…calico because that’s pretty much how my hair handles growing out a dye job. I become a calico. It’s really not nearly as lovely as you might think.

So yeah. I’m a hairwrecker.

my favorite layout was the Epistles From St. Phanie… because i’m the one who gave you that moniker. ;)

i got my hair did yesterday… just partial highlights and a couple of inches off the back. my hair has been essentially the same since high school. LAME.

MoFM – Probably, I’ll add the tagline back into the new header, but I was just over that photo. LOL.

Also? If I had ever liked my hair (after the late 80s/early 90s), I’d probably keep it the same. I hate my hair, though, so I change it regularly.
