…my poppets, my peonies, after a much-needed break to drag ass around my house like a zombie thanks to a sick kid who thought sleep was for the birds think, I’m back. And filled to the brim with random thoughts. I’ve spent the past two days of short sleep rations contemplating many things. In other words, I’ve been navel-gazing. I bet you’re just a-twitter waiting for me to lay down my deep thoughts, aren’t you? I know. I love you, too.
First and foremost, thanks to everyone who sent along good wishes for Miss T. She sends love and kisses and apologies for the WwT hiatus this week. Okay, what she actually said was, “Lalalalalala dadadadada pbbbbt ooooooh.” I know it might sound like she was just baby-babbling, but that’s only because you aren’t yet fluent in Tricianese. She totally meant what I said.
Next up, let’s discuss blog design, shall we? No? Your eyes will glaze and you will go slack-jawed if I start in on my geekery? Fine. Suffice it to say that as much as I love the Smashing template from Design Disease, I don’t feel that it’s mine. So, I’m going to spend some time creating something that is mine, all mine. (And Missy’s too, if she wants it.) Blame it all on OMSH and her WordPress Wednesdays.
Since you don’t want to talk about blog design, you big non-geeks, how about we discuss an LJ community that d recently created that is seriously interesting, at least in my opinion? Yeah, yeah, it’s a LiveJournal community which means that you have to have an LJ account (or at least an OpenID) to go post to it, but this one is worth it, in my never-ever-ever humble opinion. At any rate, when you have a bit of time to spend, head over to Spiritual Fodder and take a look around, would you?
