I wanna come HOMEEEEEEEE!!! I miss you. This would be good for when you and Poppy are watching golf or the Wolverines play. Make a big plate and sit it between you and munch away. Plus it only takes a second to make.

Actually that black bean and rice recipes is one of my favorites. Its so simple and it turns out fanstastic.

Curried pumpkin soup, that sounds good. I'm not a fan of curry myself but I bet with the pumpkin its a nice combination.

Really, doing this recipe blog is more tedious than it is difficult. Stopping to take a picture at every step just slows things down but posting them in relatively easy. I use flock to bulk upload photos to photobucket and you just copy and paste the code and write some comments and thats it. Easy peasy. Give it a shot!

I have *heard that spicy food is good for home-from-the-bar type situations, as well as even hangovers. I've just heard that, but have no personal experience. ::avoids eye contact::

Steph also forwarded me a black beans and rice recipe from you that might work as well for people in that type of situation. I'd have to ask them, of course.

My big recipe plan for the day is some curried pumpkin soup, very, very easy, and suonding good for the cold, gross day it is. If I were less technically challenged maybe I'd post some recipes with cooking pics to my blog instead of pointless stories about the locals. Maybe.

Hi Robin! Thank you soooo much for reading! I'm glad to be back! I was mildly paranoid that people would be like "You're back? Who cares?" Oh and keep an eye out tonight/tomorrow. I've got one to write this evening involving one of the easiest pasta recipes of all time.

You know, now that you mention it this would make a great filling for an omelette or a mix-in for a hash. Oh and I can guarantee this would be fabulous home-from-the-bar food. Not...that I'd know anything about that. *shift eyes*

Hmmm. That looks like the perfect breakfast food! (and thanks to Steph for the link to you here -- I've been frantically checking the honeybeerecipes blog for awhile now for new recipes! )
