Apparently, Amazon has someone out there searching the vast blogosphere for references to “amazon customer service.” Yet, they can’t manage to process a credit card in a timely manner. (There might be more ranting and raving about that if the pending transaction in my bank account actually gets posted.)

Anyway, this just cracked me up, so I had to get the screenshot and share it with you guys. And man, how do I get a job running searches all day?!
