I love my new camera. I could wax poetic on all its lovely features…if I knew how to work them. Sadly, I do not. What I *do know is that I was able to take some fairly lovely photos with it right out of the box.

Yes, you read that right — right out of the box. No waiting for batteries to charge. That alone might have made me squeal a little. Since it was nearly dark when we got home with it, I don’t have much picspam for your enjoyment. But hoo boy. Tomorrow will be nothing but photos.
