Supreme Court Hears Anna Nicole’s Case:

Breyer said there was evidence that Pierce Marshall hired private detectives to keep Smith away from her elderly husband’s bedside, the Associated Press reports. Smith’s claim is simple, said Justice David Souter: “Just give me the money I would have had.”

You know, I get why Pierce would be upset about Anna Nicole. I really do. But good lord, get over it already. I’m no Anna Nicole fan, but I really believe she loved Howard. And even if she didn’t, she earned part of that estate just by letting that old dude paw on her and whatnot.

And Pierce was a total asshole for not allowing her to get near Howard as he was dying. I mean, I get being bitter and shit (boy, do I!), but to deny his father that much comfort? What a fuckwit.

I really hope the justices remain sympathetic to Anna Nicole. I’d *love to see her get her part of that money.

And because I couldn’t post without snarking…is it me? Or is she gaining some weight? TrimSpa maybe needs to get back on the job there.
