Google Rebuffs Feds on Search Request

Good for Google. Now, look, I’ll be the first to admit, I’m a Google fan. My laptop might as well have a giant “Google Powered” stamp on it somewhere since I use nearly every product Google puts out there. But still. It’s refreshing to see a company stick to its guns about privacy…especially in this post-9/11 world where using the phrase “homeland security” means “doing anything we damn want.” So thanks, Google, for proving my faith in you wasn’t misplaced.
